Eat at your own risk

Bermula dan semasa ramadhan yang lalu aku too carefull on taking food. Cuma ambil lebih kurang 4 sudu nasi sewaktu berbuka dan sahur. Malam jarang sekali aku ambil makanan kecuali minum air kosong yang banyak dan sahur I add a shake of Herbalife F1, Tea, without F3 protein powder (as suggested) - pengambilan F3 dalam keadaan kurang pengambilan air (disebabkan berpuasa panjang) boleh akibatkan air ditarik dari hati.

So the results, i don't gain weight bila timbang masa ke klinik for scheduled check up.

Tapi, tapi, tapi, since a week after hari raya, food taken dah kurang terkawal. Rendang, sayur lodeh, margerine biscuit, chocolate biscuit, semuanya ku jamah. and i can see my cheek like being pumped. Growing chubby and chubby.

I missed taking the Herbalife since 1st syawal. Nanti kalau ambik HL dalam masa yg sama ambik jugak food, lain pulak jadinya. Jadi, by next week or immediately lah kena ambil semula F1, F3 and Tea.

The next month kena pi check up lg, tak tau la berapa kilos aku naik. Hiks.
